(CPV) - The government has promulgated a decree on ethnic language teaching and learning among secondary educational establishments and regular educational centers.
Accordingly, the state gives priority to the teaching and learning of ethnic languages for ethnic minority groups.
Teachers of ethnic languages will get allowances which equal 0.3 times of the maximum salary.
Learners will be provided with textbooks and documents in ethnic languages. Learners who are cadres and workers will be provided training on cadres policies, according to regulations of the state.
The decree will be effective from August 31st 2010.
