The Jean Moulin secondary school in Chevilly-Larue on the outskirts of Paris held a Vietnamese week from March 26-30.
The event aimed to reinforce cultural exchanges between students at the Jean Moulin school in France and the Le Hong Phong school in Yen Bai province, Vietnam.
Headmaster of the Jean Moulin school, Francois Albaret, said the week helped his students explore Vietnam and learn more about its culture and people.
A series of activities were organized during the week, including photographic exhibitions, a concert of Vietnamese monochord music and a round table conference on cooperation between both countries’ localities
After the incense offering, the delegation paid a floral tribute at the tomb of the Hung Kings and the relief wall of President Ho Chi Minh and soldiers of the Tien Phong (Vanguard) Brigade in the relic complex.
The annual Hung Kings Temple Festival has been a special event for the Vietnamese people for thousands of years and provides them with an opportunity to show national pride and national unity./.
