(CPV): Son La hydroelectric plant, the largest hydroelectric plant of the Southeast Asia, began construction in February 2006 with total investment capital of nearly VND 42.477 trillion.
The plant has a productivity of 2,400 MW, with six turbine groups to be connected to the national grid by four 500 kV lines.
