    Training course in Thai ethnic language for teachers

    The Center for Sustainable Development in Mountainous Areas (MSDM) has held a training course on Thai ethnic language teaching methods and communication skills, through mass media in the northern mountainous province of Hoa Binh.

    The training course drew the participation of teachers of Thai ethnic language in community study centers in seven provinces, including Hoa Binh, Dien Bien, Lai Chau, Son La, Yen Bai, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An.

    After the training courses, learners will apply knowledge and communication skills to popularize laws of the state and policies of the party amongst the people; participate in the preservation and promotion of national and cultural identities, forest development and preservation; preserve and promote ancient Thai scripts; share experience in production among the community through the Thai ethnic language./.
