(CPV) - A writing contest named “Vietnamese women reflect self-confidence, self-esteem, loyalty and responsibility” was launched on July 2nd by the Central Women's Union of Vietnam.
The launching ceremony was attended by President of the Central Women's Union of Vietnam, Nguyen Thi Thanh Hoa.
The contest aims at finding, demonstrating and praising a typical woman’s moral qualities during the period of industrialization and modernization of the country.
This contest is one of the activities to implement Directive 03 of the Vietnam Politburo for the campaign “Study and Follow the Moral Example of Late President Ho Chi Minh”.
The article should not exceed 1,000 words, and must be based on real people, with clear addresses, covering the period from 1986 to now.
The contest will give one first prize worth seven million VND, two second prizes, three third prizes and five consolidation prizes.
The competition will close on October 30, 2012./.
